The Saxenburg Private Collection Pinotage 2022 has red and dark fruits on the fore with notes of black currant, dark cherry, rose water and forest floor. The whole berry ferment gives the perception of an attractive carbonic note. Subtle hints of mocha and dark chocolate round off the bouquet. There is a smooth entry on the palate and the tannin and acid are well-balanced lending to the coating mouthfeel.
