VINIFICATION:
Handpicked from select vineyards on Allée Bleue farm.Limited skin contact to extract vibrant pink colour and cool fermentation to retain distinctive fruitiness.
WINEMAKERS NOTES:
Made predominantly from Shiraz grapes. Vibrant bouquet bursts of strawberry aromas gives way to a fresh palate of red berries, candyfloss and hint of Turkish delight with spicy acidity that demands for a second glass.
FOOD PAIRING:
Ideal partner for Alfreco styled luncheons. Pairs well with big flavours such as anchovy, garlic and other spices. Works well with spicy grilled prawns, paella and salad nicoise. Serve well chilled.
