A delightful rosé with rose petals on the nose, red fruits on the palate and a delicate acidity. Fresh, crisp and easy drinking for the summer months.
Shiraz grapes, the main portion of the rose, was harvested and pressed on arrival at the cellar. The smaller portions of the blend is saignee that we take from our red fermentations. The juice was lightly fined and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to capture the fruity aromas. It was left on fine lees for a further 6 months before bottling to enhance mouth feel.
